| We are at Exit 18 on I-75. The
entrance to the park is located only 300 yards on the west side
of the Interstate exit ramp. Valdosta is 18 miles north
of the Florida line. |
| R.V. Parking: |
| There are 57 PAVED,
PULL-THRU, FULL HOOK-UP parking spots with WIRELESS INTERNET
and CABLE T.V. at no extra charge. You can choose from shaded
or open lots and we have 30 & 50 amp hook ups. BIG RIGS
- we have 80' long parking spots (25' minimum width) with ample
room for slide-outs for you. See below for information on our
65 "Extended Stay RV Lots". |

| Clean laundry room
and bath house with hot showers. If you want
a quiet place to stay then you will be happy to know that we
are separated from the Interstate traffic noise by a thick
hedge and a three story "Best Western" Motel. |

| Extended-stay R.V.
Lots |
| For those
who may be expecting to stay for several months or even longer,
we also have "Extended Stay Lots" that you can rent
for $195.00 per month (up to two people; $30.00 each
additional person).More spacious yards than in the
RV sections, you pay for your electric or gas utilities and
maintain your own lot. (We
do have a yard service if you desire to employ it.) If you
prefer a lot which includes all utilities and yard service,
they can be rented for $400.00/$450.00 per month. You will
find our weather delightful in the winter months and there
are all sorts of activities and programs of interest for seniors
in the Lowndes County area. |

| SHOPPING: The Valdosta
Mall, Wal-Mart, SAM's, Lowe's and hundreds of specialty &
name brand stores and grocery stores are located on the East
side of the Interstate. |
| DINING: Whatever you
might want, you will find everything from fast food to fine
dining located all around and in the Mall area. |
| HOSPITAL: Smith-Northfield
Hospital is located at Exit 22, just 4.2 miles from the park.
South Georgia Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from
the Park. |
| ATTRACTIONS:
Wild Adventures Theme Park is located at Exit 13 just five miles
from the Park and the South Georgia Motor Sports racetrack is
located at Exit 32, just 14 miles from the Park. |
| Other: The Valdosta/Lowndes
County Convention Center and Visitors Bureau, and Valdosta State
University are easily located from Exit 18. |
